Medical Eligibility Criteria for Initiating Contraception (8.5x14 in., 2 sided) is a reference tool for health care providers who want to check a patient's medical eligibility for various forms of contraception as they relate to absolute and relative contraindications. Information is based on the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization's (WHO)'s recommendations for initiating contraceptives.
