Is there any way I can help with the development of your patient education and clinical tools?
Yes, you can become one of RHAPs field testers! The role we expect from field testers is to make sure the materials and translations we provide 1) accurately convey information in a way that is easy to understand and culturally appropriate, and 2) reflect RHAP’s values of evidence-based practice, intersectionality, patient-centeredness, and purposeful inclusion. If you are interested in being a field tester in English or have fluency in reading and writing other languages, then please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation after placing an order. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number.
What payment methods are accepted?
*Please note that we cannot ship out anything to you until we have received payment.
How can I pay with a check?
To pay with a check, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and begin the checkout process. When you are on the payment page, there will be an option to pay with a check. Select this option, and you will be given information on where to mail your check. Continue the checkout process and submit your order. We will be notified of your order and preferred payment method. Once we have received your payment in the mail, we will then ship out your order.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To start a return please email email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and the item must be returned using USPS shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you provide refunds?
If you are interested in a refund, email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your refund request. If approved, then we may ask you to return the items you purchased using USPS shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If a product is returned without obtaining approval for a refund beforehand we are not able to guarantee a refund.
I have a late or missing refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Do you accept exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 21191 New York US 10025.
How do you ship a store order?
Purchases are sent out using USPS, and are normally sent out within a week of purchase.
